Building Materials University

While we hire people with construction industry backgrounds, we also have a Building Material University to ensure all team members know the industry well. Each employee takes a building materials education course on how houses and buildings are constructed, complete with job site visits and guided store trips. As part of continuing education, contractors, builders, dealers, architects and distributors make regular presentations to our staff.
