Giving Back

We are lucky to have achieved a great degree of success. Everyone deserves similar fortune, which is why our marketing agency strives to show our thanks by finding ways to give back. We do so through the following:

Giving Back - Habitat

Rock the Bowl

The demand on soup kitchens and other groups that fight hunger has never been greater. That's why each year the King Pins and Alley Aces of Interrupt Marketing head to the lanes to raise donations for the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank. You can join us in ensuring the food bank continues to have the funds required to provide good meals to all those in need by making a donation.

Giving Back - Habitat

Habitat for Humanity

When Bill first introduced the concept of a Building Materials University to train Interrupters the ins and outs of construction, the team thought the best way to learn would be to get hands on experience. What better way to do that than to help give a deserving family a safe, affordable home? Emily contacted the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, and several team members spent a workday installing doors and framing, painting and doing trim work.

Giving Back - JailbirdA Jailbird for “Jerry’s Kids”

One afternoon in March, Emily received a call warning of her pending arrest. She was going to be “locked up” to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association and only had so many days to raise her “bail.” Thanks to an effective Facebook campaign and contributions from many of her partners in crime at Interrupt, Emily escaped a grim fate behind bars. And the raised money was enough to send three children to MDA summer camp.

Giving Back - NDSpeaking at Notre Dame

Bill will be the first to tell you that though he graduated Notre Dame, he’s never lost touch with the “Fighting Irish.” Every semester, Bill returns to class so he can speak to MBA students on topics including branding, positioning, sales strategy and channel marketing. He is able to bring his unique perspective, which ranges from time in “Corporate America” to co-founding his own company, and use it to help aspiring business student understand real-world channel strategy.

Giving Back - MAW Make-a-Wish Foundation

Make-a-Wish of Northwest Ohio came to Bill when they wanted to take a bolder, more eye-catching approach to the promotion of “Wine & Wishes,” a charity dinner that uses its proceeds to make the wishes of those in need come true. Bill knew just the person for the job. Geoff designed stunning invitations for the event that played off the iconic Make-a-Wish star.

Giving Back - BloodAmerican Red Cross Blood Drive

The need for blood transfusions is constant and great, yet only 3 in 100 Americans donate, according to the Red Cross. To help grow that 3 percent, Interrupters organized a blood drive in the office. Red Cross members came in for the day, and both Interrupt staff and visitors could donate. Enough blood was collected to save 33 lives.
