Spend a few minutes with Mark and he'll get you jazzed about the endless opportunity — for anything. An eternal optimist. Mr. Can-Do. He's a go-getter who doesn't allow himself to get caught up in conventional wisdom about why something will not — or cannot — be successful. He simply doesn't see anything as an obstacle.

Mark was in elementary school when he realized not everyone holds the same world view. He approached his school work conceptually, which gave him a broader understanding of the subjects. Since then he's never been one to get stuck in the details and seems to hover at 30,000 feet!

Mark's father owned an advertising agency and he loved the creative energy there. But Mark felt sometimes, depending on what the client was looking to achieve, that advertising wasn't the right answer. So Mark ventured out to create an environment that fosters, celebrates and loves fresh ideas — the types of ideas that may seem a little risky, but often bring big gains.

Today, Mark leads a team of 30. The problems he likes to solve are client based. His outside perspective, positive attitude and industry knowledge are applied to help clients push themselves beyond those (sometimes dangerous) comfort zones.
